Our main specialisation is the supply of Local Authority Searches, Company,Environmental, Mining, Drainage & Water Searches and more recently, the provision of HIP compliant searches, EPC's/HCR's/HCS's and Home Information Packs.

Our company employs highly trained specialists who are constantly
improving methods of their work and whose knowledge is
verified by qualification and membership of the SAVA Certification Scheme and NHER Accredition Scheme, the Search Code, HIP Code and Property Codes Compliance Board.
